Public Relations Committee

Our vision statement reads:

"The WEFT Public Relations Committee’s purpose is to: increase awareness of WEFT, coordinate and assist in WEFT events, and maintain standards of excellence in WEFT publications and media production."

And that is exactly what we try to do!

If you would like to get involved, stop by one of our meetings and see what we're about. We also post our minutes in the station on the 'big board' to the left of the entrance.

As a volunteer commitment you won't find more varied tasks than those before this committee. We create art for posters, maintain the production of the WEFT Revue, distribute posters and the Revue, and plan and coordinate events.

We generally meet on the second and fourth Thursday at the station, in the WEFT Great Hall (113 N. Market Street), at 7:30pm.

Our meetings last about two hours. If you have a specific topic you would like to discuss, please send your idea to pr@weft.org.
